147 Academia is a two-floor house consisting of 4 bedrooms, 2 lounges and 3 bathrooms, an office amongst many other functions. The client's brief was for a modern design with a lot of natural light.

Construction of the house was started in March 2019 on virgin land in the fast growing Windhoek suburb of Academia and was completed in February 2020. Design documentation and construction was done by Skylab Design & Construction
